Be an Equine Advocate
Marti McGinnis
has launched
EquineConnection.
org, an online community
for the field
of equine rescue. She
created the site to
enhance communication
among people
in the equine-advocacy
and -rescue fields.
The site is designed to facilitate work by
groups and those wishing to help them.
It allows interested parties to become a
lobbying force on behalf of equines, share
ideas, post resources, and discuss relevant
topics. Complementing the site is an online
magazine, Equine•Connection, in production
for a March launch.
The site is also building an informational
library that will offer users a centralized
source to access existing online
equine-welfare information.
