Key-Ring Return Card Benefit
Occasionally, we receive a key ring
in our mailbag from a Member who
has lost his or her keys. Naturally,
when we call the Member to report
that we have the keys, he or she is very
happy and relieved to know the keys
have been found.
Postage-guaranteed key return is
just one minor benefit we offer our
Members, but huge if you have lost
your keys. To take advantage of this
benefit, make sure you take a moment
to detach the key-ring return card from
your Member ID card, and place it on
your key ring.
And, as we mentioned in our Winter
2010 issue, the key ring does not

receive service in any of these
locations, you simply need to be
able to provide clear directions
to your location.
Simply dial the toll-free
telephone number on the back
of your Membership ID card.
Keep your Member ID with you
just like you would your driver’s
license, and be prepared to show
have your ID number or our emergency
phone number printed on it.
We purposefully leave these pieces of
information off for your personal security.
However, the key ring contains
your Member ID in a coded format,
along with our mailing address and
instructions to the finder to mail the
keys to us.
When your new membership ID
card arrives at each renewal, it is important
to update your key-ring card,
due to wear and tear.
So, if you have not already done so,
be sure to attach the key-ring card to
your keys; otherwise we will not be able
to help you if you lose them. USR
